Is there a free trial?
Yes — during early access the Service is provided at no charge. We will give at least 30 days notice before introducing fees, with the option to terminate without penalty.
How will pricing work when it launches?
We are still finalising the pricing model. Likely a flat per-installation fee plus optional volume tiers. Final pricing will be announced before the GHL Marketplace launch.
Will existing customers be grandfathered?
Early-access customers will receive at least the 30-day notice period and a launch-customer discount. We'll communicate specifics with the pricing announcement.
Are there limits on volume?
Per-mailbox: 30 sends/min throttle to keep Microsoft Graph happy. Bursts queue, never lost. Per-installation: no hard cap during early access.
